In addition, the ABA Workers’ Compensation Committee’s Mid-Winter Meeting and CWCL Symposium will also take place the same weekend as the Induction Dinner. All Fellows are encouraged to attend and support both of these events which will take place at the Westin Nashville, March 1-3, 2018. However, if your travel plans do not allow you to arrive for the ABA meeting, Fellows can register for the Symposium only, which will take place on Saturday morning.
It is important that you make your room reservations at the Westin Nashville Hotel as the room block generally sells out. Hotel information is copied below and can be found in the attached program brochure.
A limited number of rooms have been blocked for program registrants at the Westin Nashville Hotel, 807 Clark Place, Nashville, TN. Hotel reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 615.248.2800 or toll-free at 800.WESTIN1. The room block will be held until Friday, February 9, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) or until exhausted. After that date, reservations will be confirmed based on availability. To receive the special ABA negotiated hotel room rate of $279.00 single/double plus 15.5% tax, identify yourself as attending the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section Workers Compensation National Program when making reservations. Hotel check-in is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit check. Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one night cancellation charge.
