Please note that it is essential that the College reflects each state’s geographical, ethnic, and gender make-up of the workers’ compensation bar. Please respect the need for diversity when nominating potential future Fellows. Diversity will be considered in the review of the nominations by the Committee and the Board. The current breakdown of the College membership throughout the United States can be found in the “Listing of all Fellows by State” at the end of the College directory, or on the College website. States from which we have no members are: Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico, and North Dakota. States that are comparatively overrepresented currently are Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Please keep this in mind when considering your nominations. We encourage Fellows within states to collaborate on nominations of deserving practitioners in the Workers’ Compensation field.
Thank you for your help in preserving and enhancing the reputation of the College through your thoughtful nominations. If you have any questions about the process or would like the nomination forms, please contact Susan Wan or a member of the Board.
