Over forty years in Alaska, Michael Jensen has exclusively represented claimants. He has appeared before the ECAB and numerous times before the Alaska Supreme Court. Significant cases include melanoma caused by trauma and cancers caused by toxic exposure. He served on the Alaska Legislature’s Workers Compensation Task Force. He started the Kaladi Group consisting of claimant’s counsel advocating for workers. He presented at the Bar’s Annual Review of Workers Compensation.
