Judge Robert Bell earned degrees from the University of Oklahoma, the University of Tulsa College of Law, and an LL.M. from Duke University. Appointed to the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals in 2005, he has served multiple terms, including as Chief Judge, and frequently as a Special Justice. An adjunct professor since 1998, Judge Bell most proudly celebrates his family – his wife Carolyn and daughters Bradleigh and Addy, both attorneys.
