Ty graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington (BS) and graduated from Indiana University – Indianapolis School of Law. Ty is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana and the US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Ty has served as the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Defense Section of DTCI and frequently lectures on issues involving worker’s compensation defense and subrogation.
