H Dill Battle III is a Member at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, and Chair of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Dill’s primary areas of practice are workers’ compensation, employment relations and counseling, and commercial litigation. Mr. Battle is a Fellow and member of the Board of Governors of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. He also serves on the board of the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network.
