Ellen has practiced before the SC Workers’ Compensation Commission since 1991 and has tried hundreds of cases. She is a certified Circuit Court Mediator. Her practice is devoted to the mediation of workers’ compensation and liability claims. She is a founding member of the Stanford
E. Lacy Workers’ Compensation Inn of Court and teaches SC Workers’ Compensation Law at the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law.
