Ford G. Scalley

Ford G. Scalley received a B. of Science degree in 1964 and a Juris Doctor Degree in 1967 from the University of Utah. He served as a law clerk to Justice E.R. Callister of the Utah Supreme Court in 1967. He served as a Special Assistant Attorney General from 1969 to 1971 . His bar admissions include the Utah State Bar, the U.S District Court of Utah, the U.S. Court of Appeals (10th Circuit), and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has received the AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell and received the 2011 legacy Award for contribution to the Utah Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Scalley is also a member of the National Workers Compensation Defense Network(NWCDN) and is a Fellow of the College of Workers Compensation Lawyers. His areas of emphasis include insurance defense, insurance coverage and Workers Compensation Defense of Employers and Carriers.
