Beth DeBernardi is the Senior Administrative Law Judge at the Vermont Department of Labor, where she hears contested workers’ compensation claims. Prior to her ALJ career, Beth represented claimants in workers’ compensation claims from initial injury through administrative hearings, Superior Court trials and Supreme Court appeals. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Cornell Law School and a member of the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary.
