Deputy Commissioner Brooke Anne C. Hunter, hearing judge and mediator with Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission since 2008, earned degrees from University of Virginia and University of Richmond School of Law. After representing Dalkon Shield Claimants Trust in national/international arbitrations, she practiced workers’ compensation. Brooke Anne is a Kids’ Chance of Virginia founding board member, Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court Executive Committee member, and IAIABC, NAWCJ, and SAWCA member.
