Timothy W. Conner is the presiding judge of the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, where he has served since 2014. Judge Conner practiced law for twenty-two years, primarily in workers’ compensation defense. He has taught at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law since 2017. Judge Conner graduated from Boston University and Wake Forest University School of Law. He is a member of the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary.
