Jennifer Laver is the Vice Managing Partner of Weber Gallagher’s New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Practice, where she delivers strategic litigation defense and risk management counsel to national and regional clients. She has broad experience defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators across all aspects of the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Act.
