Ramesh Murthy has been a student of workers’ compensation law. On his journey, he has litigated thousands of cases in Virginia and Tennessee. He served two terms as chair of the workers’ compensation section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. He is a published author in the field. He served on several committees tasked with crafting legislative changes to the Virginia Act. He serves as general counsel to the Virginia Sel-Insurer’s Association.
